Kepler Media ("we", "us") is a digital marketing studio based in Burlington, Ontario. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it simple because our handling of your information is simple.
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, business name (optional), and your message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.
We use the details you submit for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to you about working together. That's it.
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and are stored in our email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add basic, privacy-friendly website analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, or to delete it. Just email cameron@keplermedia.ca and we'll take care of it.
